Karen is the heart behind Tidal Soul Wellness, bringing together yoga, meditation, chanting, music, and a deep connection to nature in everything she offers.
An avid yogi, musician, and nature lover, Karen’s work is centred around creating calm, supportive spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and come back to themselves. Her approach blends movement, breath, and sound in a way that feels gentle, accessible, and deeply nourishing.
With a background in wellbeing practices that span both adults and younger groups, Karen has a natural ability to guide people into a place of ease, helping to quiet the mind and settle the body through simple, grounding practices.
Her sessions are less about doing and more about allowing, creating space to pause, breathe, and gently reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural and unforced.
Over the Nourish & Flow weekend Karen will be guiding us through a settling into stillness Yoga Nidra practice on Friday evening and her unique Tap & Tone EFT session on Saturday morning.
