Reza Kirkpatrick

Reza brings a calm, intuitive presence to her work, supporting people to gently reconnect with themselves and find greater balance in every day life. With a background in physiology from the University of Edinburgh, her path has evolved from science into a more holistic, energy-based approach to wellbeing.

After years working in research and academia, Reza now works energetically with both people and animals, helping to release what no longer serves and restore a sense of ease and alignment. Her approach is subtle, deeply caring, and guided by natural intuitive abilities that run in her family.

At Nourish & Flow, Reza will be offering her group sessions in the beautiful, natural surroundings of Ballykilcavan, beneath the ancient Irish black walnut tree. Surrounded by nature, this becomes a truly calming space to slow down, lie back, and allow your system to reset.

There is a quiet magic to her work, a chance to rest deeply, to soften, and to experience a gentle shift without needing to do or be anything other than exactly as you are. It’s a special addition to the weekend and one not to be missed.

“Attending Nourish and Flow last year was the best gift I gave myself. From the moment I arrived I felt the stresses and to do lists evaporate as I stepped into a place of beauty, tranquility, a space for me to let go for a weekend and breathe. I felt fully taken care of. Everything you could wish for from a luxurious glamping festival. The only downside is it comes to an end”
