HILARY ROSE

Actor, Podcast Host & Facilitator

We’re delighted to welcome Hilary Rose back to Nourish & Flow for her third year.

Hilary is a two-time IFTA-nominated actor, best known for her role as Mairead in The Young Offenders, and the voice behind the Live Wild podcast, a space that has supported and inspired so many on their wellness journey.

Over the past few years, Hilary has become a key part of Nourish & Flow, working closely with Wendy to help shape and curate the weekend, bringing together a thoughtful, meaningful mix of workshops and experiences that truly support women to rest, reset, and reconnect.

This year, Hilary will be guiding a beautiful Saturday morning session, The Art of Showing Up for Yourself. Through breathwork, meditation, and gentle reflection, she creates space to pause and turn inward, exploring what it really means to care for yourself in a way that feels honest and sustainable.

Her approach is grounded, real, and deeply relatable, rooted in the understanding that we can’t fully show up for others if we’re not first showing up for ourselves.

Hilary also recently delivered her TEDx talk, Rest is Resilience, further sharing her message around the power of rest and the importance of slowing down in a world that constantly asks us to do more.

She brings a unique blend of warmth, honesty, and lived experience to everything she does, making her a very special part of the Nourish & Flow weekend.

“Attending Nourish and Flow last year was the best gift I gave myself. From the moment I arrived I felt the stresses and to do lists evaporate as I stepped into a place of beauty, tranquility, a space for me to let go for a weekend and breathe. I felt fully taken care of. Everything you could wish for from a luxurious glamping festival. The only downside is it comes to an end”
