GENERAL
What is Nourish & Flow?
Nourish & Flow RestFest is a weekend wellness retreat taking place from 14th–16th August 2026 at Ballykilcavan Farm, Co. Laois. Designed to help women truly rest, relax, and recharge, the weekend blends restorative workshops, movement practices, sound healing, breathwork, expert talks, nourishing food, and time in nature. You’ll also have an option to prebook access to our Nature Spa, featuring a log-fired sauna, hot tubs, cold plunges, and one-to-one holistic treatments. It’s a chance to slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling grounded, revitalised, and inspired.
What do I need to bring?
