Erin is the heartbeat behind the scenes at Nourish & Flow.
With over six years’ experience bringing ideas to life, she has a natural ability to turn moving parts into something that feels seamless, calm, and beautifully held. As Operations Manager, Erin looks after everything from planning and logistics to guest communications, while also leading the social media and marketing that bring Nourish & Flow to life beyond the weekend itself.
She holds both the structure and the story of the event, making sure not only that everything runs as it should, but that it feels as it should too.
During RestFest, Erin is the quiet force keeping everything flowing. She’s often working from her phone, gently (and sometimes firmly!) guiding the Nourish & Flow WhatsApp community, letting you know when lunch is ready, where you need to be, and what’s happening next.
If something is happening, Erin knows about it!
But more than that, Erin brings a deep care to everything she does. Her work allows everyone else, guests, facilitators, and the wider team, to fully switch off, connect, and be present, knowing that everything is being taken care of.
Nourish & Flow simply wouldn’t be what it is without her.
