Qigong wiht Bob
We’re delighted to have Bob back with us for his second year at Nourish & Flow.
After a beautiful session last year, where guests gathered in the sunshine, barefoot on the grass, his Qigong workshop quickly became one of those quietly special moments of the weekend.
Qigong is a gentle, flowing practice that combines slow movement, breath, and awareness to help calm the nervous system and restore balance in the body. Guided by Bob’s steady, grounded presence, you’ll be invited to move at your own pace, letting go of tension and reconnecting with a sense of ease.
There’s no experience needed, just a willingness to slow down and tune in.
Held outdoors in nature, this session offers a chance to step away from the busyness, breathe a little deeper, and feel more connected, both to yourself and to the space around you.
