Guided Forest Bathing
Tucked away in the small woodland beside the walled garden, this gentle guided forest bathing session with Annette invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature through all five senses.
Moving at an unhurried pace, you’ll be guided to notice, breathe, and simply be, allowing the quiet of the woods to settle your mind and soothe your body.
There will be two guided sessions across the weekend. Outside of these times, the woodland remains open for you to wander in, take a moment, and enjoy the stillness for yourself. With comfortable reclining chairs nestled among the trees, it becomes a beautiful space to rest, switch off, and spend a little time just being.
A simple, peaceful pause to bring you back to yourself.
