LAUGHTER YOGA
A light-hearted, uplifting session designed to help you let go, loosen up, and reconnect with a sense of joy and childhood fun.
Annette gently guides you through simple breathing exercises, playful movements, and guided laughter practices that gradually build into real, natural laughter. There’s no pressure and no need to “be funny”, just a willingness to join in and see where it takes you.
While it can feel a little outside your comfort zone at first, that quickly fades, and what follows is often a surprising lift in energy, a sense of lightness, and a genuinely feel-good buzz that stays with you long after.
A good belly laugh is definitely a joyful reset for body, mind and soul.
