Hammock Healing Breathwork – Held.ie

A deeply immersive breathwork experience set in a hidden corner of the orchard.

Tucked away beyond a secret entrance, along a softly lit, tree-lined avenue, you’ll arrive into a secluded space designed for complete escape and restoration.

Suspended gently in a hammock, with headphones on, you’ll be guided by Gwen’s voice through a powerful breathwork journey, supported by a carefully curated soundtrack that moves with you throughout the session.

This is a fully immersive experience, allowing you to drop out of the outside world and into your body. As the breath deepens, layers begin to soften, creating space for release, clarity, and a deep sense of connection.

There’s nothing to do but lie back, breathe, and allow yourself to be held.

A unique and powerful experience, set in one of the most magical spaces on the grounds.

Hammock Healing Breathwork is a bookable add-on experience, with limited spaces available and an additional charge & early booking is recommended.

“Attending Nourish and Flow last year was the best gift I gave myself. From the moment I arrived I felt the stresses and to do lists evaporate as I stepped into a place of beauty, tranquility, a space for me to let go for a weekend and breathe. I felt fully taken care of. Everything you could wish for from a luxurious glamping festival. The only downside is it comes to an end”

— Jemma Kenny, Co Dublin
