Our why.

Nourish & Flow began in 2019 with a clear realisation for founder Wendy Riordan, that life had started to feel like something to get through, rather than something to fully live.

After more than 26 years in a demanding corporate career, alongside raising a family and navigating life’s many challenges, Wendy understood first-hand how easy it is to get caught in the cycle of constant doing, striving, and responsibility, and how little space there is to simply pause.

At the same time, her studies in nutritional therapy had opened up a completely different way of thinking about health and wellbeing, one that went beyond diet, and into mindset, environment, and how we live our lives day to day. But with so much information and so many approaches out there, it was clear how overwhelming it can be to know where to begin.

Nourish & Flow was created as a response to that, not as a place to get it right, but as a space where women can step away from the noise, explore what supports them, and take time out without pressure or expectation.

Now in its fourth year, it has grown into a much-loved annual gathering, with many women returning year after year for the sense of calm, connection, and genuine rest it offers.

At its heart, Nourish & Flow is about giving yourself permission to pause, reconnect, and remember that life is not just something we are here to get through.

“Attending Nourish and Flow last year was the best gift I gave myself. From the moment I arrived I felt the stresses and to do lists evaporate as I stepped into a place of beauty, tranquility, a space for me to let go for a weekend and breathe. I felt fully taken care of. Everything you could wish for from a luxurious glamping festival. The only downside is it comes to an end”
