OUR STORY.

Nourish & Flow was created with one simple but powerful intention: to offer women a space to pause, rest, and reconnect with themselves, without pressure, expectation, or overwhelm.

Now entering its fourth year, Nourish & Flow has grown organically into a much-loved festival, with guests returning year after year for the unique sense of calm, care, and connection it offers. What began as a small retreat has evolved into a deeply trusted experience, shaped by the women who attend and the shared desire for genuine rest.

Each year, the festival continues to evolve in response to guest feedback. This year, we are expanding the experience even further by introducing additional event spaces across the beautiful grounds of Ballykilcavan. This allows for greater depth and variety throughout the weekend, more workshops, more places to explore, and more opportunities to find the rhythm and spaces that feel most supportive to you.

Founded by Wendy Riordan, Nourish & Flow is rooted in both professional experience and lived understanding. With over 25 years working in IT operations and a background as a certified Nutritional Therapist, Wendy brings structure, care, and intention to every element of the weekend. Her own journey through burnout, grief, perimenopause, and rediscovering the importance of rest has shaped the heart of Nourish & Flow, a festival that honours this stage of life with compassion, warmth, and honesty.

Nourish & Flow is an invitation to step away from the noise, into nature, and into a weekend that meets you exactly where you are, leaving you feeling supported, restored, and renewed.

“Attending Nourish and Flow last year was the best gift I gave myself. From the moment I arrived I felt the stresses and to do lists evaporate as I stepped into a place of beauty, tranquility, a space for me to let go for a weekend and breathe. I felt fully taken care of. Everything you could wish for from a luxurious glamping festival. The only downside is it comes to an end”
