Nourish & Flow is set in the beautiful and centrally located grounds of Ballykilcavan House & Farm, just outside Stradbally, Co. Laois.

This serene and easily accessible location ensures a peaceful retreat, with substantial parking eliminating worries about distance.

The magnificently restored walled courtyard hosts the weekends dining area and select event activities, including an electrifying drumming circle that promises an unforgettable experience.

Our Glampsite, Nature Spa, and other event areas are just brief, enchanting stroll away through a secret tunnel and natural woodland leading into the 16th-century walled garden.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to David and Lisa for welcoming us to their home, where Nourish & Flow offers the perfect countryside escape to relax, unwind, and immerse yourself in the charm of this beautiful and centrally located venue.
