Mealtimes in our beautiful courtyard offer a chance to slow down, connect with others, and savour the simple joy of good food shared in good company.

Drinks & Refreshments
Throughout the weekend, you’ll have easy access to a selection of refreshing drinks to keep you hydrated and nourished. Fresh filtered water will be available at all times, along with a comforting selection of tea, herbal teas and coffees.
Whether you’re in the mood for a warm cup of herbal tea between workshops or a morning coffee to ease into the day, we’ll have just what you need. It’s all part of creating a calm and nurturing environment where your wellbeing is the priority.
Alcohol
At Nourish and Flow your well-being is at the forefront. As a wellness-focused event, we don’t provide alcohol for purchase, fostering an atmosphere that encourages mindful choices. You’re invited to bring your preferred beverages, allowing you to curate your experience thoughtfully.
Although there’s no alcohol restriction, we advocate for mindful consumption. Please enjoy alcoholic beverages after the day’s events, preferably while relaxing in our charming walled courtyard.
